Project Overview
Project Overview
This initiative focuses on importing and distributing lithium battery systems and power inverters sourced from reputable Chinese manufacturers to the Transcaucasia region. Its main target customers are NGOs and intergovernmental organizations involved in expanding energy access, building infrastructure, and carrying out humanitarian programs across the region.
The venture will operate through a Mudarabah arrangement: investors supply the working capital, while the project team manages supplier selection, logistics, and final delivery. Returns generated from each trading cycle will be divided between investors and the operator according to an agreed profit-sharing ratio. In the event of financial loss, it is borne by the capital providers, except where it results from the operator’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of agreed responsibilities.
Revenue is created by procuring products from carefully vetted Chinese suppliers and reselling them to verified institutional buyers. These buyers generally use secure payment instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs) and bank guarantees, helping ensure that payment is made once the agreed delivery conditions are met. This establishes a transparent, structured, and predictable trade cycle based on genuine commercial transactions. Every investment cycle will be linked to defined procurement contracts, shipping documents, and delivery milestones to support full transparency and traceability.
Risk mitigation includes thorough supplier due diligence, quality-control procedures, logistics insurance, and transactions conducted through reliable banking channels.
The opportunity gives investors access to a real-asset-backed trading activity that is consistent with Islamic finance principles, avoids interest-based structures, and contributes to essential energy infrastructure in underserved areas. It blends commercial practicality with social impact through a clear, compliant profit-sharing model. The business model centers on supplying critical energy equipment that supports off-grid electrification, backup power solutions, and renewable energy integration in regions with urgent infrastructure needs. The products are tangible, productive assets that directly support economic activity and community welfare.
