Transcaucasia Energy Trade Finance Program
Project Overview
This project involves the importation and distribution of lithium battery systems and power inverters from established manufacturers in China to the Transcaucasia region. The primary clients are non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and intergovernmental agencies engaged in energy access, infrastructure development, and humanitarian operations in Transcaucasia area.
The investment structure is designed under a Mudarabah agreement, where investors provide the capital for us and we will manages sourcing, logistics, and delivery. Profits generated from the trade cycle are shared between investors and us according to a pre-agreed ratio, while financial losses, if any, are borne by the capital providers unless caused by negligence or misconduct by ourselves.
Revenue is generated through the purchase of goods from vetted manufacturers in China and their resale to verified institutional buyers. These buyers typically operate with secure financial instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs) and bank guarantees, ensuring that payment obligations are honored upon fulfillment of delivery terms. This creates a structured and predictable trade cycle grounded in real economic exchange. The project emphasizes full transparency and traceability, with each investment cycle tied to specific procurement contracts, shipment documentation, and delivery milestones.
Risk is managed through supplier due diligence, quality control processes, and logistics insurance, alongside the use of reputable banking channels to secure transactions. This opportunity provides investors with exposure to a real-asset-backed trade activity that aligns with Islamic finance principles, avoids interest-based mechanisms, and supports critical energy infrastructure in underserved regions. It combines commercial viability with meaningful impact, while maintaining a clear and compliant profit-sharing framework. The business model is based on supplying essential energy equipment that enables off-grid electrification, backup power systems, and renewable energy integration in regions with critical infrastructure needs. These goods represent tangible, productive assets that directly contribute to economic activity and social welfare.
